The 1st International Conference on 2D Heterostructures and Moirés will be held from October 31 to November 4, 2026, at Nanjing University.
The conference is jointly organized by the School of Physics and the National Laboratory of Solid State Microstructures at Nanjing University, the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter in Germany, RWTH Aachen University, and the Jiangsu Center for Physical Science. It will bring together experimental and theoretical researchers in the field of two-dimensional materials from China and abroad to exchange the latest research progress.
With continued advances in the layer-by-layer assembly and device fabrication of two-dimensional materials, van der Waals heterostructures and 2D moiré systems have become important research areas in condensed matter physics and quantum materials. The conference will focus on frontier topics including 2D heterostructures, moiré quantum materials, strongly correlated systems, topological states, superconductivity, and moiré excitons, providing a platform to discuss the latest achievements and future developments in these fields.
Sine Scientific Instruments will participate in the conference, engaging with experts, researchers, and students on weak-signal measurement technologies and scientific instrumentation. We look forward to meeting you at the event.
